	Travel Information Please read the following information on travel and hotels in Warsaw and fill the Travel Form. ARRIVAL Conference buses will transport the participants from Warsaw to Ryn on Sunday, September 7. There will be a morning bus at 10:30 am and three afternoon buses at 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm. The buses depart from: Institute of Experimental Physics ul. Hoża 69, 00-681 Warsaw Additionaly, the morning bus will pick the participants up from Hotel Hera at 9:30 am and from Novotel at 10:00 am (see hotel information below). If you stay in Warsaw on Saturday night, we suggest that you take this morning bus. A conference point will be opened in the Institute from 10:00 am till the departure of the last bus. You can leave your luggage there and members of the Organizing Committee will be ready to help you in case of any problems. The travel from Warsaw to Ryn by the conference bus takes about 5 hours. No food is served during the journey. The first conference meal is the supper at 7:00 pm. If you take the morning bus, you may have a lunch downtown Ryn on your expense. If you choose an afternoon bus, we suggest that you eat in Warsaw before departure. There are several restaurants in the vicinity of the Institute. If you come from the Zakopane Conference on Sunday, September 7, a Zakopane conference bus will bring you to Cracow. Then, you should take the train at 11:55 am from the Cracow main station (Kraków Główny) to the Warsaw main station (Warszawa Centralna). The train arrives at Warsaw at 2:50 pm. A member of the Organizing Committee will pick you up from the platform an lead to the Institute. The conference bus at 3:30 pm will wait for you in case of a train delay. Note that there will be no time to eat in Warsaw. We suggest that you have a lunch in the train restaurant. If you come from Euroschool in Piaski, direct transportation will be arranged for you by the organizers. DEPARTURE Conference buses will transport the participants from Ryn to Warsaw on Saturday, September 13. The first bus will arrive in Warsaw at about 2 pm. Getting directly to the airport and train station will be possible. Other forms of transport from Ryn, like taxi, are also available. Details of the return will be established later, on the basis of the collected data on your departure plans. Hotels in Warsaw For those of you who wish to stay one night before or after the conference, we recommend two hotels. Novotel Warszawa Centrum Marszalkowska 94/98 00-510 Warsaw It is a 4 star hotel in the very center of the city, within easy reach from the airport (bus no 175). The special rates are offered for participants of the ENAM Conference: single (standard) room 93 EUR + 7% VAT, double (standard) room 108 EUR + 7% VAT. The price includes breakfast (buffet), access to Internet (in rooms) and access to the Wellness Center (31st floor). Hera (University Hotel) Belwederska 26/30 00-594 Warsaw The hotel is cheap and modest. It is situated in the centre of the city, near the Łazienki Park, one of the most beautiful places in Warsaw. We have reserved some rooms at reduced rates: single room with bathroom - 127 PLN, double room with bathroom - 166 PLN. The breakfast is included. In case of this hotel, the reservations have to be made via Organizing Committee of ENAM'08 (enam08@fuw.edu.pl). We make only reservations, payments should be made on the spot directly to the hotel. Since the number of available rooms is limited, please let us know as soon as possible that you are interested and we put you on the list. Travel Information

ARRIVAL

Conference buses will transport the participants from Warsaw to Ryn on Sunday, September 7. There will be a morning bus at 10:30 am and three afternoon buses at 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm. The buses depart from:
